# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • The combination of sweet mango and spicy sriracha creates this incredible flavor dance that hits every part of your palate at once
  • These tacos come together so fast you can easily make them on a weeknight even when you are exhausted
02 -
  • Overcooked shrimp becomes rubbery and sad, so watch them closely and remove from heat as soon as they turn pink
  • The salsa tastes significantly better if you let it sit for at least 15 minutes so the flavors can mingle
03 -
  • Pat your shrimp completely dry before seasoning so the spices adhere properly and the shrimp sear rather than steam
  • If you want more heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeño or add an extra teaspoon of sriracha to the glaze
